Halloween Treats!.......yummy!

Halloween......time for treats! Many of you have been asking about bringing some treats in for the class. That would be fine, providing that the treats are individually wrapped and that they are nut-free. We are going to have a parade of costumes that morning. Your child is not obligated to participate, but if you decide to include them, please bring a change of clothes to change into once the parade is done. Once again, please do not feel obligated to participate.

The weather is changing, so please dress your child accordingly! At home, practice zipping up jackets, buttoning up coats or even changing boots. Label all your child's clothing! Please be sure to send a pair of indoor shoes like running shoes to be left at school (if you have not yet done so).

Your children are growing, so advise me when you would like to exchange the extra clothing for something a little warmer and bigger. Also, some of my students have been finishing all their lunch and sometimes have nothing left to eat for the second break. Please take some time to talk to your child about that....or simply pack a little extra! As always, be mindful of our milk and nut allergy students when packing a lunch. Thank you!

I am finishing up your child's progress reports! You should be receiving them shortly!  You should all be very proud of all the accomplishments your child has achieved.....big or small, we celebrate them all!
