Welcome to 2014 at Tecumseh Vista! I hope you enjoyed  the Christmas holidays with family and friends! I want to specially thank you for your very generous gifts and good wishes! I cherish all the kind words you shared! It is a blessing to be your child's teacher!

Snow, snow and more snow.....
We have experienced Mother Nature at her best with all this beautiful snow! Please keep informed for any bus cancellation by logging onto buskids.ca

Please remember to dress your child accordingly, with boots, mittens, hats, snow pants, etc. We do spend some time outside, but in the case of extreme cold, our administration protects our students and we stay inside. Label all clothing and boots! That will help us to ensure everything is sent back to you.

On a more serious note......
On the last day of school, before our Christmas break, one of my students had a very serious reaction to one of the treats sent for the class. As a result, any future treats will be limited to non-edible items. For example, in the case of a birthday celebration, Valentine's day, St. Patrick's day, Easter and end of school in June, please consider sending stickers, pencils, erasers, etc. If you need any further explanation, please call me.
